The Development Association champions business growth, creation, recruitment, and retention, in the City of Superior and Douglas County, Wisconsin.

From addressing the needs of a single person, to rallying the community behind a larger cause, The Development Association is on the job, making sure the gears of business continue moving.

The Development Association of Superior & Douglas County serves the Northland: Duluth MN, Superior WI MSA, and Douglas County areas.

We offer:

  • Professional assistance to bring in new business.

  • Help to build and develop local entrepreneurs.

  • An active expansion and retention program.

The Development Association also manages the Superior Business Center and the Douglas County Revolving Loan Fund.
